These SMS Marketing Program Terms ("SMS Terms") govern the SMS marketing program operated by Coherence ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive marketing text messages from Coherence - for example, by checking the SMS consent box on joincoherence.com - you agree to these SMS Terms, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
By opting in to our SMS marketing program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Coherence at the mobile phone number you provided at opt-in. These messages may include program announcements, content highlights, event invitations, newsletters, and offers. This program is not used to deliver billing or account communications, which are governed separately.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to our SMS marketing program by checking a clearly labeled SMS opt-in checkbox on a Coherence form, by texting a designated keyword to a Coherence short code or long code, or by other express opt-in methods we may make available. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, the programs or content you request, event timing, and active campaigns. You may receive multiple messages in a week during an active opt-in, booking, reminder, or follow-up sequence, and fewer or no messages at other times.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Coherence is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the SMS marketing program at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send you further marketing messages unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have the account holder's permission to use, the mobile phone number you provide. The SMS marketing program is intended for recipients in the United States.
9. Sensitive Information
Marketing text messages are general in nature. Please do not send sensitive personal information or urgent requests by SMS.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information remains within Coherence and the service providers we engage to deliver these messages on our behalf, who are contractually limited to that purpose. 11. Service Provider
We use one or more third-party platforms and telecommunications providers to deliver and manage text messages on our behalf. These providers may include CRM, marketing automation, email/SMS delivery, phone-number, carrier-registration, and messaging infrastructure vendors, and we may change providers over time. These providers process your phone number, opt-in record, message metadata, and related communication preferences under contractual obligations that limit their use of this information to delivering messages on our behalf and providing related platform services.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email, text message, or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued participation in the SMS marketing program after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
