SMS Marketing Program Terms

These SMS Marketing Program Terms ("SMS Terms") govern the SMS marketing program operated by Coherence Health Systems, Inc. ("Coherence Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive marketing text messages from Coherence Health — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on joincoherence.com — you agree to these SMS Terms, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
By opting in to our SMS marketing program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Coherence Health at the mobile phone number you provided at opt-in. These messages may include program announcements, content highlights, event invitations, newsletters, and offers. This program is not used to deliver clinical, billing, or account communications, which are governed separately.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to our SMS marketing program by checking a clearly labeled SMS opt-in checkbox on a Coherence Health form, by texting a designated keyword to a Coherence Health short code or long code, or by other express opt-in methods we may make available. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately four (4) marketing messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Coherence Health is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the SMS marketing program at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send you further marketing messages unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have the account holder's permission to use, the mobile phone number you provide. The SMS marketing program is intended for recipients in the United States.
9. Protected Health Information
Marketing text messages will not contain Protected Health Information (PHI), including specific diagnoses, condition-related content tied to your individual care, lab results, appointment details, or treatment information. Marketing content is general in nature and is not personalized based on any clinical record.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information remains within Coherence Health and the service providers we engage to deliver these messages on our behalf, who are contractually limited to that purpose. 11. Service Provider
We use third-party platforms to deliver text messages on our behalf. Our current SMS service provider is Intuit Mailchimp. These providers process your phone number, opt-in record, and message metadata under contractual obligations that limit their use of this information to delivering messages on our behalf and providing related platform services.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email, text message, or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued participation in the SMS marketing program after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
